The Global Delivery Unit SAP Solutions is responsible for the successful implementation of national and international SAP (major) projects. Our well-trained employees cover the entire range of business processes such as accounting, controlling, purchasing, sales, logistics, human resources, etc., as well as important technological issues such as the harmonization and integration of SAP systems.

We serve customers in all industries with a special focus on the external market and provide our customers with a service covering all phases of the value chain from requirements management, design and implementation to the transition to application management. your tasks

As a Senior Cloud Consultant (m/f) SAP HCM you support and advise our customers in mapping cloud-based processes and create target/actual concepts in the area of human capital management. In addition, you will be responsible for the following interesting activities:

You create customer quotations and set the technical design based on the SAP Cloud component(s) SAP HCM.
Together with our customers, they develop first-class HCM solutions and advise them on their integration into the classic on-premise world.
You control our offshore developers during implementation
As a competent partner for all aspects of SAP HumanCapital Management, you will be available to assist our customers
You will take on presales activities, support workshops and events and actively participate in the expansion of our SAP HCM / HR consulting area.
Our general conditions

Annual salary (fixed): € 70,000 – € 100,000
Variable portion / bonus: €0 – €10,000 Annual income incl. bonus: €70,000 – €110,000 Employment: full-time
Contract duration: Unlimited
Required willingness to travel: 50% – 100%.

Experience and qualifications required:

Very good understanding of SAP HCM architecture
2-3 years of professional experience as SAP HCM Consultant

Desirable experience and qualifications:
2 years of experience as a certified Cloud HCM Consultant

your profile

In addition to a successfully completed degree or comparable professional training and at least 4 years of professional experience as an SAP HCM Consultant and 2 years as a certified Cloud HCM Consultant, you have the following qualifications:

Very good understanding of the SAP HCM architecture and strong understanding of project and/or service management methods as well as excellent knowledge of process consulting and analysis of customer requirements
Comprehensive knowledge in the planning, modification, realization and implementation of solutions as well as in the development of solution strategies
Very good experience in the implementation of SAP projects/AMM in the SAP HCM module, especially in the areas of PA, OM, PT, PY, TRV (onPremise, Cloud)
Very good know-how in the management of international project teams, also involving near/offshore employees as well as MS Office and knowledge of SAP FI/CO
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
